Step 2: After you have found the item(s) you want, click on "Add to Cart" button. Alternatively, send an email to us with the necessary details. For step-by-step instructions, refer to "How to Order" @ the top navigation bar.
Step 3: It is advisable that you make your payment before you submit your order as paid orders will be in our priority queue. After submission, you will receive a system generated email to acknowledge your order within 24 hours.
Step 4: Proceed with payment within 48 hours if you have not done so. Once payment is received, we will send you a payment confirmation and send out your item(s).

Due to limited quantity of each design, please strictly follow the terms and conditions below before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
1. Price
All items are in nett price and quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated. Prices are non-negotiable.
2. Confirmation of In-Stock & Pre-Order Items
In-Stock Item Order:
You will receive at least 2 emails from us after you have placed your order.
First email: A system generated acknowledgement email with your order details will be sent out within 24 hours after an In-Stock item order is placed.
Second email: We will check the availability of your item(s) and send an email to inform you of any out-of-stock items. For the available item(s), you need to make payment if you have not. For customers who have paid upon submission of order, if item is out-of-stock, we will do a full refund of the item(s) immediately to the same account that you used to pay us.

3. Payment
Payment is always 100% with confirmed order.
We accept the following payment modes:
1. *Internet Banking (i-banking)
2. ^ATM fund transfer
All fund transfers are to be made to POSB Savings 008-52376-2 or UOB Savings 366-104-622-6.
* For i-banking users, we require your IB nick, transfer amount, date and transaction reference number to verify the transaction. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of order/payment.
^ For customers who are using ATM transfers, we strictly require an image of the receipt, depicting the amount, date and time transferred as proof of payment (you can scan or take a photo of the receipt). Failure to do so will result in cancellation of order/payment.
IMPORTANT: Payment must be made within 48 hours upon submission of order.
We advise immediate payment as item availability is based on a first come first serve together with full payment basis. Any late payment will result in cancellation of order and priority will be given to the next customer who is able to make payment first.
Kindly note that we will not accept any cancellation of order on your side once it is confirmed and payment has been made.
4. Shipping Methods and Charges
Delivery modes:
1. Normal mail (free for local addresses and in-stock items only)
2. Registered mail (an additional fee of SGD2.24 is chargeable)
Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates. We will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.
Strictly no meet-ups.
Please take note that sometimes we might take 1-2 days to confirm your in-stock orders. Pre-orders will take longer depending on overseas sellers' response. Therefore, your patience is greatly appreciated. If you need the items urgently, please do not place your order.
Items will be shipped within 3 working days upon confirmation of stock availability and receipt of full payment.
5. Exchange & Refund Policy
All goods sold are non-refundable.
As we always ensure items are in good conditions before delivery, we only allow exchange of goods when products delivered are different in sizes, colours and styles from what you ordered. However, please take note that colours of items may differ slightly due to difference in monitor screen resolutions and camera lighting. Measurements are stated in centimetres and according to that given by suppliers, as such there may be slight variation from actual product but we will try to ensure 90%-95% accuracy.
In order for any exchange to be done, items must be in original condition and must not be worn. Please do not remove any tag or label attached . We only allow exchange within 5 days after receiving the item. After which, we will not entertain any exchange. Postage for the returned items are to be borne by customers. We will only pay the postage for the newly exchanged items.
We will make full refund if:
The product is no longer in stock after full payment has been made to us. However, we will always ensure the latest update of product availability status.
We will not be liable for any defects that occurred during the passage of delivery.
6. Overseas Order
We accept overseas orders only with a minimum purchase of 5 items and above.
Shipping fee would have to be borne by the buyer.
We recommend using the order form to place your order for overseas buyers or you can email your order details directly to us with the subject as "Overseas Order". Make sure you include the necessary details according to our order form. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping cost and notify via email. Items unavailable will be deleted from your order list straight away. You may proceed with payment within 48 hours after you have confirmed your order details.
Currently, we accept Paypal and concealed cash for overseas orders.
